Bisque & Glaze Firings
We offer Cone 04-Cone 6 firings in my professional-grade Cone Art kiln, ensuring consistent results and the highest care for your pieces.

Full Kiln Rentals
For larger projects or bulk work, rent the entire kiln and fire on your own schedule.

Per Piece & Shelf Pricing
Whether you have a single piece or a full shelf, we offer flexible pricing to suit your needs.

Pricing:

• Per Piece:
  Small Items (up to 6") – $8.00
  Large Items (over 6") – $10.00

• Shelf Rentals:
  Half Shelf – $35.00
  Full Shelf – $45.00

• Full Kiln Rental:

  6.5 Cubic feet — $75

Rush firing available for an additional fee.

Client Guidelines:

✔ Preparation:

• All work must be bone dry before drop-off.

• Clearly label each piece with your name/initials, or take a "before" photo to ensure you can identify your fired piece.

✔ Materials:

• Only Cone 04-6 clay and glazes allowed.

• No homemade or untested clay or glazes without approval.

✔ Glazing Rules:

• No glaze on the bottom ¼ inch to avoid sticking.

• Double-check for glaze drips—these can damage kiln shelves. Pieces sticking to shelves will result in $50 kiln shelf replacement fee. 

✔ Size Limits:

• Max dimensions: 16" x 16" x 16" (larger pieces by request).

Scheduling & Turnaround:

1. Drop Off:
   Bring your pieces during our scheduled drop off time.

2. Turnaround Time:
   2-3 weeks standard | 1-week rush for additional fee.

3. Pickup:
   You’ll receive an email when your work is ready! Unclaimed pieces after 30 days will be discarded.

Policies & Disclaimers:

• Payment:
  Payment due upon drop-off. I accept credit cards + Venmo.

• Liability:
  We take the utmost care, but ceramic firing is unpredictable. We are not responsible for cracking, warping, or glaze mishaps; we will always try to complimentary re-fire a piece to fix an issue if possible. Clients are liable for any damage caused by improper materials or glazing.
